Thank you for shopping with Matyaj. We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return and refund under the conditions outlined below.
1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

Items are eligible for return and refund if you request a return within 7 days from the date you receive your order.

The item must be unused, in its original condition, with all tags/labels intact, and in original packaging (if applicable).

Products that are damaged, defective, or incorrect (i.e. not as ordered) are also eligible, subject to verification by our team.
2. Non-Eligible / Non-Refundable Items

Products that have been used, worn, washed, damaged by the customer, or altered in any way.

Items sold “as is”, marked non-returnable, or clearance/discounted items (only if stated at time of purchase).

For hygiene or safety reasons, certain categories (e.g. undergarments, perishable goods, sealed items once opened — if any) may be non-refundable.
3. How to Request a Return / Refund
To request a return or refund:

Email us at info@matyaj.com (or call on +91-9310281464) within 7 days of receiving the product. Give your order number, item name(s), reason for return, and whether you want a refund or exchange.

Wait for our confirmation. If your request is approved, we’ll share instructions for returning the item.

Ship the item back to us in original, unused condition, with packaging and tags intact. You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defect, damage, or our error.
4. Refund Processing & Method

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, and confirm it meets our return conditions, we will process the refund.

Refund will be issued to the original payment method (or alternate method if original is not available), or — at our discretion — store credit for a future purchase.

Please allow 7–14 business days from the day we receive the returned item for the refund to reflect in your account.
5. Exchanges
If you want an exchange instead of a refund (for a different size, variant, or another product), please mention this in your return request. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
6. Damaged or Defective Items / Wrong Items Delivered

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 3 days of delivery.

Provide photos of the damaged/defective product and packaging.

We will verify and — if approved — offer a full refund or dispatch a replacement (at no extra cost).
7. Partial Refunds / Restocking Fee (if applicable)

In cases where the returned item is not in original condition, is damaged or missing parts/packaging — we reserve the right to issue a partial refund, or reject the return altogether, depending on severity.

We do not currently charge a restocking fee.
8. Return & Refund Exceptions

Gift cards, downloadable software, or perishable items (if any) are non-refundable, unless defective.

Customized or personalized items may be non-refundable unless defective or damaged.
9. Cancellation (Before Shipping)

If you wish to cancel an order before it has been shipped, please contact us immediately. If the order has not been dispatched, we will cancel it and refund the full amount.
